Although not the first LCARS display seen on screen, I still refer to this style and color palette as 'classic' because it was often visible in all three Star Trek series: The Next Generation, Deep Space Nine and Voyager.

The GTJLCARS XP Style Pack 01 contains not only the visual style files. It contains the theme file with icons, cursors, sounds and fonts.

Putting that aside, though, I don't see LCARS as a usable UI at all. It's designed to "look cool and futuristic" from a distance, and not functional up close. Most people that try to make LCARS functional in real life have to make decisions that wouldn't be seen on the show.
